Challenge

UOB wanted research and design testing insights for TMRW mobile app, MIGHTY mobile app and Simple Invest feature from users across 4 countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. Their goal was to better understand user needs in Southeast Asia to help improve their existing mobile app, and to better situate new products in the market in the future.
